ibuffer-unmark-backward: Unmark the region when is active

* lisp/ibuffer.el (ibuffer-unmark-backward):
Use 'ibuffer-get-region-and-prefix'; call 'ibuffer-unmark-forward'
with the region boundary as the first 2 arguments (Bug#24987).
